These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Waazi mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Waazi Studio Ltd., Suite 1208, 12/F, Two Chinachem Plaza, 135 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Certain features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, billing cycles and cancellation terms are displayed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the applicable app store's policies.
You retain ownership of the text, images and audio you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Waazi a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
Songs, covers and videos generated through the Service ("Generated Content") are provided "as is." Waazi does not guarantee originality, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Generated Content may be used commercially subject to the User Agreement in effect at the time of generation, but Waazi does not provide a copyright or legal guarantee.
All trademarks, logos and software comprising the Service are owned by Waazi Studio Ltd. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waazi Studio Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
